Thanks for posting more images. Those gave me a little motivation for the project i'm currently working on, a high school remodel as well. Your website was very impressive too.

If you're curious to how I did the glass, check out my post on glass.

I think the first image looks kinda barren with the big empty drive in the foreground; cars and people would remedy that. I would also put in a tall tree that goes above the building where the small trees are to create more of a layered space.
How did you do the wavy glass reflections?

really liked the others too!! the only thing is that scale problem caused by the DOF. I liked the glasses reflect distortion, how did you maked it? a bump map in the material or post production??

Just looked at the other images from the set on CGSociety - as a set they are much better than individually, you should post the others here too! Good job - particularly for 3 days work!

Thanks for the comments. The DOF may be a bit extreme. I took some artistic license with that. If you would like to see more renderings of this building check this link out.

+1 Great Render... would be better with out so much DOF

Completely agree with the above. Really excellent render except for the slightly excessive DOF. I find that it's a technique best used in moderation.

Great image! even more if it was done in 3 days, amazing! the only thing i dont agree with is the DOF efect. The closest column must be at least 2m far from the camera (am i wrong?) so, theres no chance it can be sooo blurry on a real camera shot.
That excess of blur, or even the DOF effect it self on this image is what makes it less believable. You know, when you see that kind of DOF seems like a maquete (or scale model, i dont know how you call it) photo.
Keep un the good work, cheers!
