Nice work.. but i would suggest one thing if the black car in the foreground would be entering the scene it would have been nicer :) its just my suggestion

I must say the car is distracting. I guess in real life the photo would have to taken with a slow shutter due to the lighting conditions and therefore the car would be blurred.
