RPC® 3 Content Now Supported in Bentley MicroStation

MicroStation V8 is Enabled to Utilize Automobiles and Other 3D+ Content

Lexington, Kentucky, August 30, 2004 -- ArchVision, Inc. announced Bentley MicroStation users can now utilize RPC 3 content. Bentley Select subscribers can download the latest visualization enhancements from Bentley.com giving them the ability to use the full range of RPC Content, including RPC Automobiles, People, Trees, Objects and Environments.

Bentley reports: “The expanded support for ArchVision RPC Files contains tools for
MicroStation that support ArchVision [content like] RPC People and RPC Trees … With these tools you can place and edit RPC cells which are dynamically replaced at render-time with images from the RPC files that are appropriate for the current viewing direction.”
