Press Release

Bionatics announces new pricing policy
for its natFX® product line

Bionatics® announces that a lower price standard list price of its highly popular natFX® plant modeling and animation software comes into effect today. “With the release of major natFX 3, the Award winning and most featured plant modeling tool has reached a technological maturity stage with the recognition of the the major and leading Animation and Video Game development studios around the the world” states Stéphane Gourgout, Bionatics’ co-founder and VP Sales & Marketing. “This new pricing policy will allow natFX to continue its deployment into an even larger community of talented team, independent studios and artists, following the large and fast expansion of the Computer Graphic Industry”.

A unique price list for natFX 3ds Max® and natFX Maya®

In conjunction with the price decrease, Bionatics is also aligning its natFX for 3ds Max® and natFX for Maya® price lists with a unique price list for all. This new price list concerns the natFX license and all plant libraries. Bionatics will deliver the same quality of service for both applications with same maintenance and upgrade offerings, online support and reduced cost maintenance through its annual Subscription Program.

“However, Bionatics will continue to develop natFX in close relationships with the profile and spirit of each platform making natFX for 3ds Max and natFX for Maya a
little different since each version is made to take the best of each and bring it the our final users” says Michel MURAIL, co-founder, CEO & CTO.

A major price decrease for natFX and its plant nurseries.

In Europe, Middle East and Africa, natFX for 3ds Max and natFX for Maya are now sold for 910€ including 1 license and 10 seeds free of choice. Additional seeds can still be purchased per unit or through credits from 19€ to 60€ according to quantities.
