Chaos Corona 12 RC 1

Update: on June, 28, Chaos announced the availability of RC 2.
Chaos Corona 12 (Release Candidate 1) is out now for 3ds Max & Cinema 4D!

Test the exciting new features today—including:

  •  Render test images with the new Corona to Chaos Vantage scene export in seconds. Import your Corona scene into Vantage to render still images and create Vantage animations, enjoying the lightning-fast speed of GPU rendering.
  •  The new Curved Decals feature allows you to label round or curved objects perfectly, without distortions, and with incredible ease.
  •  With Corona Pattern, you can create new and incredibly realistic materials. You can mix and match the maps to get the exact patterns you want without hassle, whether the maps follow the base object UV, the pattern object UV, or both.
  •  Get creative control over the scattering process with the new Scatter Instance Brush. Refine your procedural scatter to the last detail, using a brush to paint in or delete procedural instances.
  •  Enjoy a smoother workflow by having multiple LightMix elements with different settings, new features, and improved UI in the new VFB 2.
  •  And more!
