Really nice image. I like the people in the background running for safety! Great composition and they people really add to the image. Was the rain doing purely in post?
Thx for your comment. The rain was done by using a 'raindrop-brush' in PS. The water reflection on the pavement was rendered (I've painted the texture in PS).
