To meet functional requirements, the building is divided into two distinct sections:
private and public areas, all interconnected by a spacious double-height lobby. This
layout also ensured the desired level of privacy for household members. Each volume
of the building is enclosed with robust concrete frames, serving a dual purpose:
providing functional roofing and establishing a visual connection between the
building and the forest.
The extended roof supports stretched well into the forest, creating an interactive
relationship with the natural surroundings. Additionally, the incorporation of large
windows allowed natural light to enliven the building’s façades. The plantings in each
opening accentuated the perfect integration of the building with the landscape.
