This is a project of a villa in Cala d’Or (Mallorca) made for the office GMM Arquitectura. It is a three-storey house (basement, first floor and second floor), three bedrooms and swimming pool. The facade of the building combines three elements: reddish sandstone wall, white wall and white Santanyí stone wall.
On the first floor we find the terrace with the swimming pool, as well as the kitchen-living room and two rooms with stone walls. The second floor body, of smaller dimensions, has the master suite with attached bathroom and a roof solarium. The floor is light-colored stone tiles and the window carpentry is black. Doors and closets are wood.
