Overall it's a great render. One thing that I've notice is that the rain seems to be something applied, and doesn't really show in the geometry. For example the water is "clean", and with it raining there should be some noise/motion on the water surface. And umbrellas on the people :D I know it's details. I'm just splitting hairs.
