The concept of a port in a city is a tourist spot that is characterized by its port and manufacturing activities. The complexities involved in the transformation of this sector are evident, due to the coexistence of the sea and the fishing industry with the city. From this, we propose the reactivation of the area through a new local attractor, which not only provides work spaces but also learning spaces and environmental awareness.
