Awesome!!! The water effect is excellent! The lighting is great, but I'd be careful with the intensity or do something about the clouds in the sky since they look a bit to bright. But, really nice work!!! Congrats!

I think this looks very cool. The lighting is very nice. The actual building is much more beat up at this point so it could be a fun paint exercise to add in the water stains and general grime to the concrete.
