The way of the sword
Since my husband started practicing Kendo the idea of making an image about it grew on me. I started following the sport closely and admiring the beauty and art behind it. For those unfamiliar, Kendo means “the way of the sword”. It is a Japanese martial art, with philosophies that go much deeper than a common fighting sport. While watching the training sessions at Curitiba Dojo, I took some photos and videos to use as inspirations for the images. Then, with ComfyUi, I upscaled them and created some different movements to use on the scene.
