The Walt Disney Concert Hall is a landmark building in Los Angeles designed by architect Frank Gehry . The building - which was difficult to establish - in form and material exhibits high affinity to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao . In 1987 the first plans, but until 2003 was the concert hall (274 million dollars and 2265 seats) completed. The building is part of an ensemble of concert halls and theaters named Los Angeles Music Center .
