This project focused on the full interior and exterior renovation of a home, enhancing its design and connection with the surrounding environment.
The interior remodel included the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom, replacing the original flooring with light wood decking to create harmony with the dark wood ceiling. New doors and large windows were installed, allowing for more natural light and seamless integration with the outdoor spaces.
The exterior areas were redesigned for greater functionality and comfort. The terrace was covered with pergolas and polycarbonate sheets, ensuring brightness while providing shade. A central pool was added between the terrace and garden, while a second terrace at the far end features sun loungers for relaxation.
The strategic layout allows natural light to flood the kitchen and dining area, offering direct views of the terrace, pool, and garden. The covered terrace serves as an ideal social space, featuring carefully arranged furniture for a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
A design that seamlessly blends functionality, aesthetics, and comfort. 🌿💦
