There are a few things that don't quite do it for me. First is the angle. The angle of the camera makes the building look too flat. Try rotating a bit more to the left. Second is the forground. There is too much dark forground and no visual interest at all. Try moving the camera closer to the building and looking up. This will also allow for a more dramatic sky, but remember the thirds rule. Third, the bollards need to go. I don't know if it is the shape or the amount of light but something is very distracting. Lastly, add some entourage or something of interest to the interior and exterior. What is the story? Is it a dinner party or just some rich snob with no friends? :)
Keep going. I think this can turn into something pretty nice.
