The third image is a shot from roof. so it is floating looking.

For the main image, good ambient & lighting. The building looks welcoming. But i can feel the emptiness on the ground level. U can add a few figure and cars to indicate that there are also an activity at the ground. the 3rd image is like floating in the sky. regards, muck

First of all thanks for extensive feedback. Yeah we buried a bunch of students on the roof so we thought it would be appropriate. Just kidding, this was a student project and much has been done in the last minute so that the attention to detail wasn't too big. The role of trees to hide the lack of modeling, "studentski dom" means the dorm in my language and I agree that the entrance should be more pronounced. Thanks for tips.

Nice, I like the design except for the first floor and the garden on the roof. You have some repeating textures with your grass and stone tiles. There are also a couple things odd about the roof rendering; the blue hue, the lack of structure for the canopy above the elevators, and those benches remind me of tombstones... What University is this for? It is hard to see the entrance because of the tree hiding it. Is this done on purpose? I would like to see a more prominent entrance. I like the window shading out of wood. Do those slide over the windows? Is the name of the building "studentski dom"? Very good work!
