We were engaged to create four renders to showcase a new masterplanned community in Kingston, a small town south of Queenstown, specifically a typical streetscape, the linear park, the commercial center and the new primary school.
We were provided only a few resources including a masterplan drawing, site photos and some reference imagery showing the type of architecture required for each zone. Armed with just this brief, our talented team have designed and rendered these highly resolved images which set the tone for all the subsequent marketing collateral.
