We are actively seeking 3D Architectural Modeling Specialists with 5-8 years of experience in 3dMax/Blender, and a minimum of 2+ years with Unreal Engine, to join our international architectural and design team. An educational background as an architect or interior designer is needed for this role. This position offers remote work flexibility, and proficiency in Spanish and/or English is considered suitable.
Your key responsibilities will include rapid modeling and optimization of architectural assets, including interiors and landscaping designs, and integrating them into Unreal Engine 5.2 for further processing. Experience in ultra-realistic and high-quality texturing for images and videos is essential. • Quickly modeling architectural assets from scratch from 2D CAD drawings or based on previous 3D assets.
• Converting 3D models generated with Revit and Sketchup into highly optimized meshes for use inside Unreal Engine.
• Experience with retopology and optimization of architectural assets.
• Integration of models into Unreal Engine 5.2 for hyper-realistic visualizations.
• Work in a remote, result-oriented, intense-paced environment in a multi-cultural team.

Qualifications
• 5-8 years’ experience with 3dMax/Blender focusing on rapid modeling and optimization.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Unreal Engine with ArchViz development.
• Experience with Revit and Sketchup.
• Educational background as an architect, interior designer, or landscape architect.
• Experience using collaborative repository and source control platforms (GitHub and Plastic SMC).
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or English.
• Experience with Substance Painter or equivalent is welcomed but not necessary.
• Experience with Houdini is welcomed but not necessary.
