RSHP is looking for a 3D Visualiser to join our team.
Working with the Head of Visual Communications, you will support the architectural design teams to generate designs, develop and produce concepts, and create compelling graphics to communicate projects to clients through visual storytelling and presentations. The candidate will:
- Create high-quality digital images for different project stages.
- Develop digital 3D animations to enhance project presentations.
- Produce 360/VR content for immersive project experiences.
- Assist architects and teams in producing required images.
- Support the daily running of the studio’s projects alongside the Project Architect/Team Coordinator.
- Manage multiple projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high visual standards.
- Create realistic materials and natural lighting setups to enhance architectural visualisations.
- Conduct final compositional refinements and post-production of digital images, including colour grading and enhancement.
- Interpret and understand architectural documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop bespoke 3D models as required.
- Conceptualise and create appealing interior and exterior visual compositions.
- Set up cameras and viewpoints for optimal photographic composition.
- Ensure all files and assets are stored and managed according to RSHP standards.
- Convert 3D data designed by teams into 3ds Max files for visualisation purposes.
- Conduct site photography for CGI and photo-match integration.
- Collaborate with the CAD and graphic design teams to develop visualisation standards and assist in presentation materials and competition submissions.
- Expand and improve RSHP’s 2D and 3D asset libraries for future projects.
Test and explore new software and plugins relevant to CGI and architectural visualisation.

Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Software Knowledge:
- Essential: Proficiency in 3d Max + Vray
- Advantageous: Experience with real-time rendering software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, Unreal Engine, and D5 Render , Chaos Vantage
- Desirable: An interest in AI-driven image generation, including Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI.
- General: A keen eye for composition, lighting, colour, and design, with strong artistic and technical skills.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and an excellent eye for design.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to effectively manage time and deadlines.
- A creative curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends that could shape the future of architectural visualisation.
- A collaborative mindset, open to sharing ideas and concepts within an open studio environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
