Located at 445 Fifth Avenue in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, The Slope on Fifth is a boutique collection of 30 luxury condominiums that seamlessly blend modern design with the neighborhood's historic charm.

Each residence, ranging from one to three bedrooms, features chef-inspired kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, and elegant outdoor terraces. The building’s terracotta and metallic façade reflects a commitment to contemporary aesthetics while honoring the area’s architectural heritage.

The client aimed to promote real estate development through 3D images, animations (reels), and virtual tours. To meet this demand, we began modeling the project based on the provided architectural drawings and reference materials.

Initially, the contract included only 3D images. However, after the presentation, the client expressed interest in expanding the service to incorporate animations and virtual tours, enhancing the immersive experience.
