Structural Form: The buildings exhibit a unique and modern architectural form, with inverted conical supports and flowing, organic shapes that resemble natural forms. This not only provides structural integrity but also enhances the aesthetic appeal, making the center a landmark.

Integration with Nature: The stepped terraces filled with fruit trees and native vegetation blend seamlessly with the architecture. This integration helps in minimizing the visual impact on the landscape and creates a harmonious relationship between the built environment and nature.
