The Solution: Create a Variety of 3D Renderings

In the past, creating a variety of 3D renderings would be too time consuming for the client and architectural visualization company. With advances in technology reducing render times, all it takes is some creative planning to create a variety of personalized 3D renderings. For the Miami apartments, 3DAS created renderings (day & evening), a storytelling / hero shot, and pseudo virtual tours. This worked well for a variety of social media feeds, apartment listings, email and print material.

Storytelling

Typical daytime renderings can look stale or similar to your competition. You can differentiate by telling a subtle story within a 3D rendering and engaging your audience. For Avana Bayview, 3DAS used inspirations from the “Moon Over Miami” movie and created a romantic narrative during a full moon in Miami. As the moon cascades into the pool, we see a woman at the pool edge overlooking an apartment window. Building narratives blurs the lines between typical 3D renderings and fine art.
