3D Rendering of This mixed-use tower development in Harlem features a public plaza connected to the 125th street subway station, a commercial level, and two residential towers, sitting on top of a multi-story glass block base designed to house open plan commercial and gallery spaces to connect to the community.
All architectural elements were designed to combine commercial and residential areas to help break up single use blocks and instead create a sense of community and connection through the flow of interconnected spaces. The façade is made up of a mix of translucent and opaque panels that correspond to each of the particular diverse interior spaces contained within.
Our client wanted powerful authentic renderings created to showcase how this new landmark development would look in the context of the city. It was NoTriangle’s job to recreate the historic neighborhood of Harlem, and elevated subway line, that would connect to the new plaza and commercial tower frontage at the base.
