House LT
Casa LT is a spacious beach house located in the windy coastal area of Punto Fijo, Falcon state, designed for a large family. It features an open-plan layout with expansive living areas and stunning sea views. The project had two main constraints: creating wind-protected spaces adaptable for hot days and adhering to a limited budget without compromising aesthetics.
The plot measures 30m by 40m, with a sandy area to the west and dunes and salt flats to the north. The house maximizes sea views and integrates common areas such as the kitchen, dining, and living room through sliding vertical panels that connect interior and exterior spaces. Three facades are continuous ceramic walls, blending with the landscape and forming intermediate patios that control wind and provide safe camping areas for children. The design responds to the site's climatic and topographical conditions, offering a harmonious blend of comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.
Projected for a big family, it's a harmonious blend of comfort, aesthetics, and practicality with the coastal setting.
