3D Model: Modification of an existing apartment (2) | 2021-2022

This existing apartment has been modified according to the needs of the client and their family. The project shows the distribution before and after, with the main purpose being to remove the corridors (which are part of the old concept of building) and create wider, more easily usable spaces (which is part of the modern construction concept with open spaces). Some corridors have been retained as dividing or transitional areas to connect the main rooms. This project includes: a Kitchen, a Living Room with access to the terrace, 3 Bedrooms (one of which has a private bathroom), an additional shared bathroom, and a Storage Room.
Special attention has been given to the choice of materials. For example, wood was selected for the flooring, creating comfort and improving the user's experience.
