"nook" - the comfort of less

  • "nook" - the comfort of less
My Master's thesis 'nook' explores minimal living using natural materials and energy-efficient construction. The project combines sustainable clay and timber frame building, merging modern architecture with ecological responsibility.
'nook' offers a space that balances living and working, embodying the philosophy 'The Comfort of Less.' Its design focuses on natural, separable materials and integrates sustainable technologies like energy-efficient components and solar panels.
This project is BDIA-recognized and was developed at Hochschule Trier, Department of Interior Architecture, under the supervision of Dirk Miguel Schluppkotten. Created using Rhino and Vray.
