Scandinavian Kitchen

The idea of the scene has come with a kitchen photograph by Karen Maj Kornum of Another Ballroom. The kitchen belongs to Tikkie Elsøe, an interior stylist based in Copenhagen and her husband Mads Elsø. 

The cool mint colored kitchen is shaped as horseshoe and has Reform’s sixties-inspired Basis linoleum fronts and oak counters applied to Ikea’s standard cabinets. 

The aim was to imitate the kitchen’s realistic look with a few minimalistic touch from myself. With lighting and texture mixturing the scene evaluated as preserving the original core design.
