This is a redevelopment of an existing bungalow style property in Bournemouth, UK. I modelled the house from the architects drawings in Rhino 3D. I then exported the model to 3ds max to add vegetation, textures, lighting etc. I used vray's built in DOF rather than using a z-depth pass in Photoshop as I feel it gives a more believable look.
