Exploring Photobashing & Matte Painting in ArchViz
I've been experimenting with photobashing and matte painting to enhance my architectural visualizations, combining 3D models from Evermotion with photos from Unsplash. The goal is to push the realism of my renders by integrating photographic elements while maintaining a seamless blend between CG and real-world textures.
This process has been a great learning experience. Matching perspectives, adjusting lighting, and fine-tuning details to create cohesive and immersive compositions. Still refining my workflow, but I'm excited about the possibilities these techniques offer for storytelling and scene development.
