Meraviglia Slow Living
Slow Living
I am Itziar Etayo, architect and passionate about architectural visualization. Here I show my final project for the Master in VR completed during the last year at 24 studio Lab, Autodesk Certified center.
The choice of the project
To complete my studies and specialization at Archviz, I wanted to choose an architectural work aesthetically beautiful, but also a work that transmitted certain emotions by choosing the appropriate images.
Meraviglia Slow Living hotel ticked all the boxes. You just need to know their philosophy:
"It is about taking a calmer and more balanced approach your everyday life and giving yourself the time to reevaluate what's really important."

Water: the key
Calm, peace, disconnection, "letting flow" and the sound of water. Getting a good water texture was my obsession for a long time. Water was the key. I wanted to arouse the emotion of slow living in the viewer.

The importance of experience
After exploring the possibilities of 3D images, I also had the opportunity to recreate one of the hotel suites in a virtual environment, through which it is possible to tour it with the use of Unreal Engine for architecture.
Enjoy the views, listen to the water, and experience an unforgettable sunset. Feel, at least for a few moments, the emotion of slow living.
