Large terraces are a dream for residents who love to entertain. But they come with a premium price and a variety of views. The challenge was to build excitement around the limited-release Exclusive Terrace Collection, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom suites with up to 940 square feet of terrace space at Eau Du Soleil, a development project on Toronto's Humber Bay waterfront.
To visualize the possibilities of the terrace as the social epicentre, an interactive video combining 3D animation, VFX and real footage, was launched so viewers could toggle between night and day, as well as lake and city views, to experience the immersive possibilities.
The key to building desire among the affluent end users was to give them an opportunity to immerse themselves in the lifestyle through an engaging video presentation to showcase the possibilities. The interactive application allowed users to toggle between different times of day, or different views at any point during the length of the video
