3D Model of an apartment | 2023

This project concerns an existing modern apartment that was put up for sale by a real estate agency. A 3D model was created to provide a better understanding of the apartment's internal spaces, complementing the overall presentation of the home along with photos, videos, and a virtual tour based on this 3D model. The project includes: a large open space comprising the kitchen and living room with a large sliding door, 2 bedrooms (one with a loft and the other with a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet), and a guest bathroom.
