For this new real estate project, our agency developed a comprehensive visualization strategy to capture the essence of this residential building.

We created the visual communication for the client by studying the project in detail and following the art direction of the renderings; we carried out various tests of perspectives and viewpoints from different angles of the building, experimenting with different lighting conditions, to find the perfect scene for each image. Our enhancement work is aimed at making the project stand out from the competition and, in this case, led to an acceleration of sales.

Our focus was on delivering photorealistic renderings that showcase both the interiors and exteriors of the building.

We placed particular emphasis on the expansive terraces, adorned with lush greenery and vibrant flowers, creating a seamless connection between nature and urban living. Additionally, we highlighted the architectural features and thoughtfully designed communal outdoor spaces, allowing potential buyers to envision themselves in their future home.

A key aspect of our work was bringing to life the unique construction materials used for the facade, ensuring that their textures and finishes were represented with the utmost realism. Inside, our expertise in interior design played a crucial role in strategically positioning furnishings within the visuals, enhancing the perception of space and functionality while reflecting an atmosphere of refined modern living.
