Neutra Table
The Neutra Table was designed originally to fill a nook by our staircase and add storage to our New York apartment. Through conversation the table took on some larger responsibilities as a piece we intended to use for many years to come. Leaning on historic proportions, the table is meant to fit into the next space you move into as comfortably as the one you acquired it for. As it was intended to be kept for years, the piece disassembles and packs flat with ease. Each fastener is a highlighted detail, hiding nothing from the owner about it’s assembly.
Only high quality materials were chosen, and of course used as efficiently as possible. Only one sheet of the best Baltic Birch Plywood is used for the entirety of the table, all protected with water based sealants to show off its natural tones. Cut-offs, typically scrap, from Sapele Mahogany are used for the small handmade details surrounding the Brass Hardware. Sturdy, solid Stainless Steel threads are embedded into the shelves to last a lifetime.
