Coming back from a temporary absence I bring you something I've been playing with for the last few days, this "Arrakeen Inspiration".
I have developed these images based on Patrice Vermette's designs for Denis Villeneuve's film adaptation of Dune. Since I saw the first film I was captivated by the spaces of the Arrakeen's Palace, and after enjoying the second one I couldn't resist making these images. Two versions of the same room that play with light: one with a walled side light well, and the other with small holes in the wall that allow a direct view of the outside. Different versions that have been seen on the film sets.
