The concept behind this design is driven by the air traffic control towers of the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. Since collaboration is a requirement in both the radio tower and the office space, it became clear to emphasize the meeting rooms as a focal point and create divisions based on the linear nature of radio signals. These divisions dictate the layout and lighting design of the workplace where all contours lead to a singular point. The office is designed to accommodate 52 employees, in both workstations and private offices. A client presentation room, work cafe, model shop, and various meeting rooms support the needs of the staff, and lounge spaces mimic the feeling of working from home.
