This is a Mixed use building with custom yellow photovoltaic cells . This building will be a dorm for four diverse Universities around the area creating a type of scholastic village for students of different schools and different backgrounds. The Yellow tower will also have hotel rooms for tourist and available condos for purchase on the upper half.
