Marina Pointe, Tampa
Located on an incredible site in Tampa, Florida, Marina Pointe is the latest collaboration between One to One Hundred and Clear PH. Together we have crafted an extensive render set to market the final two towers in this impressive waterfront development.
Our services included modelling the surrounding site including the marina (the majority of which doesn't currently exist) to a high level of detail to allow for multiple cameras around the development including a number from the marina itself.
For the lifestyle shots, we have camera-matched lifestyle photography with talent and added the development to the plate.
