This is an innovative auditorium with only balconies for the crowd. The scene is in the middle of the tower and the balconies can go in round around the scene so the actor can be in motion all the time - and the crowd can see him from 360 degrees with only sitting. They can also go behind him if he's running in pursuit scenes or walking around.
