When your client asks to make an area in the middle of a city that is super expensive lands into a high tower, why don't we just build a covid-friendly commercial space first? The solution doesn't always build an iconic building and dozens of floors. Especially in a pandemic like this, where many investment funds are brake, it doesn't mean we have to wait around and can't describe it.
