A while back, Blender switched to using the Carve booleans library, which added all kinds of interesting possibilities.
So the other day I was saying to myself, "I wonder what booleans would look like if..." and then stopped wondering to try it out.
Two similar shells were constructed, the ticker, outer, one for the structure and the thin, inner one, for the glass.
The fun is that despite not being an architect, Blender allows me to doodle with my building ideas and get a great idea of what they would look like. When I started working as a graphic designer some twenty years ago, who ever dreamed of this?
