Originally meant to be an Unreal Engine project for learning, I couldn't resist the temptation to use the model for a few pictures using 3ds max and V-ray before using it in Unreal.
Retopology of a model found in google warehouse, the material of concrete cast in place was done in Substance Designer for practice, vegetation was scattered with Chaos Scatter also to test how it behaves (very good performance), vegetation models are from Maxtree and Megascans.
The idea behind the image Post - Production was to simulate a long exposure photograph behaviour.
