This project was commissioned by architect David Harper, located in Miami, this house is to be LEED Certified and Green Architecture. 75% of its energy is supplied by a series of solar panels strategically used as canopies. The client wanted to make an emphasis on the pool, guest house area since the entire space is equipped to entertain with large screen and surround sound system. This project took 3 weeks from beginning to end. We had a low budget since is a small building but we got very interested for the green architecture, environment friendly nature of this project.
