We were approached by an architect client of ours that is doing a private development for which he needed a single hero render to market it off the plans.
We chose to do the render in the style of photographer, Rory Gardiner, who has become very trendy for his style of grading.
While the house looks like a heritage home appropriate to the historic suburb, the house is actually a new build with an amazing, high-spec modern interior.
