Residential Complex by the Hillside
This residential complex consists of eight buildings, each with seven stories, creating a notable presence on a green hillside with olive trees. The design of the complex played a critical role in determining its approval.
As part of the design team and the render artist, my primary objective was to minimize the visual impact of the buildings. The surrounding greenery had to be as prominent as it is in the untouched hillside, maintaining the essence of the site’s beauty.
A key design decision was to fragment the buildings form, allowing only portions of it to be visible while the majority of the structure remains enveloped in the surrounding greenery.
