Urban renewal project for an area in the city of Rome, aimed at improving energy sustainability and environmental well-being in the neighborhood. Two residential units, two commercial units, and a Green Gym have been designed, inspired by the gym in Berlin created by René Eick, the first gym that produces and uses electricity generated by muscle power, becoming a small power plant for the entire square of the project in question. The project also includes energy production through green hydrogen storage, which powers the residential units, photovoltaic roofs, benches equipped with electrical outlets, and other 'smart' equipment in the area.
