This 150 m² project takes advantage of two unified lots in a working-class and dangerous area of Maracaibo, Zulia state, Venezuela. Designed for a family and an independent student residence, the concept aims to integrate modernity and security in a challenging environment.
The city of Maracaibo, known for being predominantly university-oriented, presented a unique opportunity to combine family living and student housing. At the client's request, the exterior design contrasts significantly with the surroundings, avoiding extravagance by using modern concrete and textured cladding that enriches the façade. The project includes two levels and four mini apartments for rent, offering an attractive and functional housing solution.
This project, built from scratch, stands out not only for its ability to meet the client's practical and aesthetic needs but also for its capacity to transform and revitalize its immediate surroundings.
