Transforming Historic 10 Grand Central into Modern Luxury

We contributed to the renovation of "The Meeting Galleries" at 10 Grand Central, collaborating with Marx Realty and STUDIOS to create visual renderings of four unique, reservable spaces: a cocktail bar, town hall, mini movie theater, and podcast studio. Spanning 11,000 square feet, the spaces include a tenant lounge inspired by classic train travel. This project blends historic architecture with modern luxury, honoring the building’s Beaux-Arts legacy while offering sophisticated, functional spaces for work and leisure.
