Just finished my last project of the master by PlanetaCG, inspired in the Jedi games series, more specifically The Tomb of Miktrull. The idea was to capture the essence of the original environment in Jedi: Fallen Order in this mini level. The props where modeled and sculpted in both Blender and ZBrush and textured in Substance Painter. The ivy used was the only thing taken from Megascans due to the deadline of the project final presentation. Then the entire environment was built in UE5, with lightning and some particle with Niagara to create the waterfall. Finishing with the color grading and camera adjustments and animations inside the engine to achieve a high-quality project.
The music was composed by the great Daniel Puerta, specifically for this project, which you can go listen to the full version in his Spotify channel (https://open.spotify.com/intl-es/artist/0wTydzuPnF68KxFg7EHtxl?si=U9Jz467bSAqZbOqXI-cZyA)
I want to thank to Gabriel Yeganyan, David Brumbley, William Schilthuis and last but not least Sarah Wang, for creating this amazing environment within the entire Respawn team responsible for the Jedi series games, and for inspiring me to begin this career path and this final graduation project. And give special thanks to Giovani Magana for being a guide in this process.
I hope you like the project and don't forget to comment! Any feedback will be most appreciated!
