Textures could use work, but if that is what client wants, then it is okay. Scene does look too dark though, as if half the lights were working. Last image you attached is pretty lit up though.
I like the furniture though.

I "TOTALLY" agree with you guys about the lighting. The texturing I really couldn't mess with more because the client liked it, but yeah....I was having so much trouble with the lighting. It does look incredibly dark.
They just completed the finish out and here's what the space actually looks like with natural and artificial lighting in the space.
Good stuff, but considering the number of lights in there the picture is astonishingly dark. Check your exposure settings, I generally find myself overexposing slightly and just burning the highlights a little.
